1. By using LilCi World you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with them, please don't use the game.
2. LilCi World is for people aged 16 and over.
3. LilCi World is a browser simulation game in open beta. Worlds evolve on their own, and balance, rules and features change between versions. A world in progress lives in your browser tab, and we don't promise it survives closing or reloading the page.
4. The game is free. There is nothing to buy: no purchases, no subscriptions, no paid features. If that changes, these terms change first, together with the payment rules.
5. You may share screenshots, videos and streams of your worlds, monetised ones included. Just don't present the game itself as your own.
6. The game, its code, art, texts and the LilCi name belong to Odynets Games. Don't copy or redistribute the game or its parts beyond sharing your play.
7. Don't abuse the service: automated load, attempts to break or attack the site, spam through the feedback form. We may block such traffic.
8. If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the game without owing you anything for it.
9. Analytics runs only with your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy. The game works the same without it.
10. The game is provided “as is”, without warranties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Nothing here removes the rights your own consumer law gives you. Those apply regardless of what is written here.
12. We may change these terms. The current version always lives on this page; if something material changes, we will say so on the site rather than quietly.
